  • Overseas OrdersFor our International customers, please shop using our shopping cart. When we receive your order we will e-mail you with the exact shipping price. We will not ship your order to you, or charge your credit card until you agree with the shipping fees. In some countries we may ask for a FAX confirmation of your credit card on your first order.

    International orders are shipped by Australia Post (1-3 weeks delivery)

    For Overseas shipping please contact us for exact prices. You can e-mail us at yoboy@yoboy.com.au. All prices are in Australian Dollars, all payments must be made by an international money order in Australian Dollars (or agreed amount), by Paypal or by credit card.

The Fine Print

  • Except where color choices are offered, no guarantees are made as to color availability.
  • For online orders, if we are temporarily out of a certain color, we will choose the next best colour for you (as determined by us).
  • Prices subject to change without notice.
  • Some accessories, packaging, logos and colors may vary due to changes from the manufacturers or availability.
  • All orders are shipped out as soon as possible. Most packages ship within 48 hours of receiving an order. If there is a delay in shipping your will be notified ASAP.
  • Sales include applicable GST.

Refund Policy

YoBoY stands behind the products we have chosen to carry. Our primary concern is that our customers get top of the line yo-yos, parts and accessories .You may return unused products to us within 30 days for a full store refund, minus shipping cost. It is our policy not to offer refunds on used products or products without their original packaging unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage to your product. We provide comprehensive product descriptions to help you make your purchasing decision carefully.

From first visit to order delivery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. Our friendly and knowledgeable sales staff is available to help you find the product that best fits your needs. Please email/contact us within 30 days if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.

When shipping expensive items we do advise insuring your parcel so that if goods are damaged or lost in transit then a refund, credit or exchange can be arranged according to mutual agreement. We will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
